"Haut En Couleurs is obviously a decent piece wrong at the ratings, however we will investigate the race before very long and we'll see in the event that he runs or not."
Gordon Elliott could call upon either of Conflated and Rage Street. Conflated won last season's Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown and will be supposed to improve from his rebound third in the Ladbrokes Champion Chase at Down Regal, the same day as Rage Street won a Level Two award. "I'm exceptionally pleased with how he has prepared this year. He's taken somewhat longer to get fit than perhaps he did last year. He's a year more seasoned so that's fine," said O'Brien.
"It looks like it will be an exceptionally hot race, it'll be energizing to be engaged with a race like what the John Durkan will be this year.
"He's been a fantastic horse for us, he's won various Grade Ones and been set and run very well in various them. He's a star of the yard and ideally he's not finished at this point."
Mouse Morris could be represented by Paddy Power Gold Cup next in line French Explosive, while Vanillier from Gavin Cromwell's yard completes the acceptors.
Energumene on course for Stopper rebound
Betway Champion Chase victor Energumene is prepared for a re-visitation of Stopper on Sunday as he bids to protect his Bar One Racing Hilly Way Chase title.

Energumene is best an evaluated 6-4 to rehash his Top dog Chase success, with Arkle Prize champ and last Saturday's Betfair Shiver Stream legend Edwardstone an overall 3-1 possibility. The Grade Two contest has drawn in a field of seven, with Henry De Bromhead entering both late Fortria Chase victor Commander Guinness and stablemate Epson Du Houx. Four-time Grade One victor Master McShee, victor of the Faugheen Beginner Chase at Limerick on Boxing Day last year, goes into open organization interestingly, having signed off last term with a next in line work to Cheltenham Gold Cup most loved Galopin Des Champs at Fairyhouse.
